My Journey
I was born and raised in Lithuania, Eastern Europe, a country with a long history of resilience and hardship. The scars of war, occupation, and systemic mistreatment run deep in our collective memory, and I grew up feeling the weight of this ancestral trauma—something I couldn’t fully explain at the time, but sensed within myself and my family. There were unspoken emotions, unresolved grief, and patterns that repeated from generation to generation.
My curiosity about human emotions and the invisible forces that shape our lives led me to study psychology. I began with a bachelor’s degree, but during my studies, I came to realize that academic knowledge alone was not enough to truly help people heal. I felt something essential was missing—something deeper, more human, and spiritual.
This realization encouraged me to travel and seek wisdom beyond textbooks. I spent several years learning from indigenous elders and different cultures around the world, exploring ancestral healing practices, ceremony, and the spiritual dimensions of well-being. These experiences opened my eyes to the depth of human suffering—and also to the depth of human resilience and connection.
After some years, I felt called to return to formal education, this time bringing with me everything I had learned beyond the classroom. I completed my master’s degree in psychology, allowing me to integrate both scientific understanding and the spiritual, embodied knowledge I had gathered along the way.
I also gained valuable experience working in a mental hospital, witnessing the many ways people struggle with mental and emotional pain. Alongside this, I continued to deepen my practice of somatic healing, recognizing how trauma lives not only in the mind but in the body.
Eventually, I found in Family Constellations a way to bring together all these threads—a method that could hold the psychological, ancestral, and spiritual aspects of healing. This work helped me move from inherited suffering to a greater sense of wholeness and belonging. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to share both Family Constellations and ceremonial work internationally, supporting individuals and groups in their own healing journeys.
How I Work
I offer both individual and group sessions, in person and online, creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore the deeper layers of their struggles. My approach is integrative, weaving together psychology, ancestral wisdom, somatic healing, and ritual, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.
This work is for those who are ready to look beyond surface-level solutions, for those who sense that something deeper is at play in their lives.
If you feel drawn to explore this process, I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can uncover the hidden patterns that may be holding you back and open the door to a new sense of freedom, belonging, and peace. I would be honored to support your journey.
