AISTE SAMSON

Aiste Samsonovaite is a Family Constellations facilitator with a strong grounding in psychology and extensive experience holding therapeutic and ceremonial spaces.

She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Health Psychology and has experience working in a mental hospital, where she developed a grounded and compassionate approach to complex human experiences.

Aiste facilitates Family Constellations with clarity and presence, integrating her deep systemic understanding and embodied practice. She trained with Barbara Morgan, Stephan Hausner, and Ty Francis, and continues her professional development in supervision and advanced trainings. Her approach combines precision, respect, and responsiveness, guiding participants through meaningful transformations in a safe and held space.

Ceremony is at the heart of Aiste’s work. She has been initiated and entrusted in the Star Lodge tradition, learning from elders in indigenous ceremonial practices of the Algonquin people of Northern Canada. She also integrates insights from Mayan cosmology that she engages with deeply since her first visit to Mexico and Guatemala in 2012.

These teachings shape how she holds space — with respect for lineage, ritual, and the intelligence of the field.

Through this path, she holds space with care, attentiveness, and integrity, creating conditions where healing and clarity can emerge while honouring ancestral wisdom and lineage.

Aiste shares her work internationally across three continents, offering individual and group sessions in English, Spanish, and Lithuanian.

Her intention is to support people in reconnecting with themselves, their families, and the wider field of life, offering a grounded and respectful space for insight, release, and renewed connection.

My Journey
I was born and raised in Lithuania, a country with a long history of resilience and hardship. The scars of war, occupation, and systemic mistreatment run deep in our collective memory, and I grew up feeling the weight of this ancestral trauma—something I couldn’t fully explain at the time, but sensed within myself and my family. There were unspoken emotions, unresolved grief, and patterns that repeated from generation to generation.

My curiosity about human emotions and the invisible forces that shape our lives led me to study psychology. I began with a bachelor’s degree, but during my studies, I came to realize that academic knowledge alone was not enough to truly help people heal. I felt something essential was missing—something deeper, more human, and spiritual.

This realization encouraged me to travel and seek wisdom beyond textbooks. I spent several years learning from indigenous elders and different cultures around the world, exploring ancestral healing practices, ceremony, and the spiritual dimensions of well-being. These experiences opened my eyes to the depth of human suffering—and also to the depth of human resilience and connection.

After some years, I felt called to return to formal education, this time bringing with me everything I had learned beyond the classroom. I completed my master’s degree in psychology, allowing me to integrate both scientific understanding and the spiritual, embodied knowledge I had gathered along the way.

I also gained valuable experience working in a mental hospital, witnessing the many ways people struggle with mental and emotional pain. Alongside this, I continued to deepen my practice of somatic healing, recognizing how trauma lives not only in the mind but in the body.

Eventually, I found in Family Constellations a way to bring together all these threads—a method that could hold the psychological, ancestral, and spiritual aspects of healing. This work helped me move from inherited suffering to a greater sense of wholeness and belonging. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to share both Family Constellations and ceremonial work internationally, supporting individuals and groups in their own healing journeys.

How I Work
I offer both individual and group sessions, in person and online, creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore the deeper layers of their struggles. My approach is integrative, weaving together psychology, ancestral wisdom, somatic healing, and ritual, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.

This work is for those who are ready to look beyond surface-level solutions, for those who sense that something deeper is at play in their lives.

If you feel drawn to explore this process, I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can uncover the hidden patterns that may be holding you back and open the door to a new sense of freedom, belonging, and peace. I would be honored to support your journey.
