Aiste Samsonovaite and Ann Wiltshire deeply appreciate the depth and healing potential of Family Constellations, and love working together. Their collaboration is based on trust, friendship, and mutual respect, and this is felt in the atmosphere of the groups they hold.
Coming from different generations and backgrounds, they create a natural balance that enriches the work they share.
Both are drawn to the mystery and to the depth of this approach and share a quiet respect for the unseen dimensions that emerge in constellations.
They completed in-depth facilitator training in 2019–2020 in Frome, UK, studying traditional Family Constellations with Barbara Morgan, symptom and illness constellations with Stephan Hausner, and organisational constellations with Ty Francis.
Aiste facilitates workshops internationally and online, while Ann offers regular monthly workshops in Somerset.
Several times a year they co-facilitate weekend workshops in Glastonbury, UK, and retreats in the mountains of Switzerland - gatherings for deep shared work, time in community and nature.
THEMES WE MAY EXPLORE
Each workshop is shaped by the people who come.
Some of the themes that often arise include:
• Relationships with parents, partners and children
• Health and freedom from addictive patterns
• Grief and honouring what has been lost
• Belonging and finding our place in family and life
• Partnership and intimacy
• Questions of purpose and direction
• Work and our relationship with money
These themes are invitations — each constellation unfolds in its own way, guided by what is ready to be seen.

HOW THE WORKSHOP UNFOLDS
We begin with a brief introduction to the foundations of Family Constellations and a short guided visualization to help the group arrive and settle. Constellation exercises gently introduce the process, followed by full constellations offered to participants.
We take several short breaks to rest, as well as a one-hour lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.
