In this one-day online Family Constellations workshop, we will explore the mother wound and the mother blessing - and what lives in between.

We will look at what may stand in the way of fully receiving life:

old loyalties, unconscious childhood agreements formed in childhood, resentment, distance, anger, or grief — patterns that may still limit us today.

Together, we will step beyond the personal story and see the deeper systemic dynamics at play. From this wider lens, new understanding and movement become possible.

Healing does not mean approving of everything that happened. It means seeing more clearly, releasing what no longer serves, and finding a more grounded inner position.

When we begin to take our mother as she is — not as we wished her to be — something softens. Boundaries become clearer. The heart can open without losing itself.

From this place, a new beginning becomes possible — in our relationships, in how we make our choices, and in the way we stand in our own life.
