I was born and raised in Lithuania, a country marked by war and occupation. In my family, I could always sense an unspoken grief — especially in the women before me — and a quiet silence around certain subjects, where emotions were either held in or became overwhelming when expressed. Over time, my search for healing and understanding led me to psychology and eventually to Family Constellations work.
I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Health Psychology from Vilnius University, with professional experience in both individual practice and a mental health rehabilitation setting.
Alongside my psychological training, I have studied and practiced ceremonial traditions with experienced teachers, bringing elements of ritual and connection to nature into the spaces I hold.
I completed my Family Constellations facilitator training in 2020 with Barbara Morgan, Stephan Hausner, Ty Francis & Roisin Fallon, and have continued to work closely with Barbara Morgan as my supervisor and mentor ever since.
Since then I have facilitated hundreds of constellations in person and online, leading workshops and retreats internationally.
Alongside this work I have continued training in embodiment and soul-oriented practice, including in depth studies with Francis Weller, completing his Apprenticeship With Sorrow, Grief Ritual Leadership Training and Healing Shame courses.
